Getting Your API Key
To use our API, you will need an ASTRNT developer account. You can register for a free ASTRNT developer account here. Once you create an account, you will receive an email with your API key.
You can access the recruiter dashboard with your account. You will be able to manage your jobs, questions, and candidates through this dashboard.

Account & Billing
Your developer account comes with a limit of 10 candidates. The dashboard will only show the last 10 candidate you add to the system. In the future, we will provide options to use more. Please contact help@astrnt.co for questions and assistance.

Supporting Users
If you receive a support ticket about ASTRNT from your users, below is a guide to help you handle those support tickets.
- Check the Recruiter FAQ or Candidate FAQ.
- If you would like ASTRNT's support team to handle the ticket, please CC help@astrnt.co on your initial reply. Any further correspondence will be handled by ASTRNT’s support team.
- Once a ticket is closed, ASTRNT will email you our conversation with the candidate so you can check the full thread of the problem.
